If you have 70% alcohol, you can just fill the bottle up and spray away! If you have a higher concentrate like 91% alcohol, you can dilute it with water but you will want to make sure you donβt dilute it any less than 70% alcohol! (I found a alcohol dilution calculator, if you want the link just DM me π) For my disinfectant spray, I used an 8 oz glass spray bottle (you can get a customized label from my Etsy shop β¨ Etsy.com/Shop/TaylorsEssentials β¦) I also added 50 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil (this is optional) to help with the strong alcohol aroma! β β β π·ππ ππ πππ π’πππ ππππππππππππ πππππ’: Now this disinfectant spray is a disinfectant only, NOT a cleaner! So if the surface that you want to disinfect is dirty, youβll want to clean it with a cleaner first (I like to use Thieves Household Cleaner, which is an effective cleaner, but it is NOT a disinfectant!) Once the surface is clean, then you can spray it down with the disinfectant spray. Let the disinfectant spray sit for a little and then wipe it up! Letting it sit is IMPORTANT as it isnβt effective if you wipe it up right away. But you donβt want to sit too long that it dries up or youβll have to start all over again! β± Edit: Thieves Cleaner has not been proven to kill this current virus and it is NOT a CDC approved disinfectant! Therefore, we cannot use it as such π β β But most importantly, please STAY SAFE & HEALTHY! Feel free to message me if you have any questions!π€ A post shared by Young Living | Forever Oiled (@toxinfreefamily) on Apr 9, 2020 at 7:54am PDT
