Any team that wants him, that is. If you recall, Manziel was suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season, for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. A few months before that, the former baller was dropped from the Browns, after a domestic violence incident with his ex-girlfriend, leading to a summer full of bad decisions. However, it seems like Manziel is ready to put all of that behind him and return to the NFL. The suspension was official lifted on Tuesday. Since the 23-year-old has accrued two seasons in the league, he is eligible for a practice squad exception and could sign for as little as $6,900 a week, USA Today reports.
