It was the first time as a child I got to see people that looked like me on a children’s show. What a concept! 🤦🏽♀️ I remember my dad coming to me telling me about this new gig he got and about how it takes place on a city block like ours in Philadelphia. He said his costars were a guy in a trashcan and a 12 foot bird. Ar 5 years old I was skeptical. What did I know?
