Rymir Satterthwaite, the alleged love child of rapper Jay Z, has approached federal court claiming that the attorneys and employees of the local court system conspired to keep away key documents from the petitioner’s counsel, Radar Online reported. Satterthwaite and his defense team have been fighting since 2011 to get the 22-year-old recognized as the “Empire State of Mind” singer’s son. Satterthwaite has filed a Notice of Federal Younger Doctrine in the Superior Court of New Jersey claiming that dereliction of duty has led to his constitutional rights being violated. Satterthwaite has also asked the FBI to open a probe into “corruption such as but not limited to mail fraud, consumer fraud, RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act)” on part of New Jersey Camden County Trial Court Family Part, the Radar Online report said. #ohsonews #ohsoradio #jayz #rymirsatterthwaite
