I've been thinking about being a Big Brother for years and finally applied and went through the process and training and am now excited to share that I've been matched up with Michael! We met last night and had so much fun getting to know each other and are going to play laser tag on Saturday. He's already talking trashing about how bad he's gonna kick me. And the sad part is he's probably right. If you've ever thought about being a Big Brother or Big Sister you need to check out @bigbrobigsisind and apply. There's so many kids that just want a positive male or female influence in their life and that could be you! I wish I would have signed up 5 years ago.
