I've given my life to this work. A third of my life-- over a decade-- to volunteering, community service, public health, social scenes, and activism. When they announced Lovely Lo was the new leader of Pride Houston, I would have never believed a young black boy could be nominated for Grand Marshal. So, this win would be about US!
