Under the new law, men would have to wait 24 hours before receiving a vasectomy, colonoscopy, or Viagra. It also says the sole purpose for semen is to procreate, adding that any other use is "a waste," subsequently imposing a $100 fine for masturbation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "Men have to answer for their actions and so forth," Farrar told a news publication.
