He is facing yet another legal issue, this being accused of assaulting a woman at a Miami strip club in February.The Sun Sentinel reported on Wednesday that the incident involved 34-year old bartender, Jennifer Cunningham, at Club Climaxx in Miami. Kodak Black allegedly punched and kicked Cunningham several times. The police report lists the offense as misdemeanor battery. _______________________________ The 19 year-old rapper is currently in jail for violating his house arrest, and he also facing sexual battery charges for an incident South Carolina.
